Terahertz photodetectorEOD is used to record pulsed terahertz (THz) radiation.It consists of integrated optical components and a built-in lock-in amplifier.This detector has the following functions: signal conditioning;Automatic signal balance fine-tuning of photodetectors.The function of mechanical delay circuit control can be achieved through the proprietary software provided with EOD.The application areas of this device include time-domain spectroscopy (TDS).
The built-in optical components can integrate the detector into the completed measurement circuit (experimental circuit, etc.).Locking amplifiers can provide high signal-to-noise ratio and make the detector itself more compact and convenient to install and operate.The signal conditioning function ensures high signal-to-noise ratio invariance and accurately measures the time shape of THz pulses in the event of fluctuations in input signal and pump laser power levels.
Modern software developed for Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7) can easily control EOD parameters and display measurement data.
